Almost everyone already knows they should eat better, move more and sleep properly. Knowing has never been the difficult part. Counselling is useful when it deals with why the change has not held so far.
Starting from your actual routine
A plan that ignores your working hours, your household's cooking, your budget and your commute is a plan that will be abandoned. We start by understanding what a normal day looks like for you, then change the smallest number of things that will make a real difference.
What we work on
- **Food** — portion, timing and composition, using the foods you already eat
- **Activity** — something you will still be doing in three months, not a punishing schedule for two weeks
- **Sleep** — often the most neglected factor in weight and blood sugar control
- **Stress** — practical management, and recognising when it needs more than advice
- **Tobacco** — structured support to stop, covering cigarettes, gutkha, khaini and paan masala
Honest expectations
We will tell you what a given change is realistically likely to achieve and over what period. Nobody here will promise a fixed number of kilos in a fixed number of weeks.
This service is often combined with diabetes care and lifestyle disease management.
