What this website collects
This website is made of static pages. It has no forms, no accounts and no payment system, and it does not directly collect any information that identifies you.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It reports only how many times pages were viewed. It does not identify individual visitors and does not track you across websites.
Information you send through WhatsApp
When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your name, phone number and whatever health details you choose to share. We use these only to schedule your appointment and answer your question.
WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own privacy policy. Please send only what is needed to arrange an appointment; a detailed medical discussion is better held during the consultation itself.
Medical records
Records created during a consultation at the clinic are kept confidential and stored securely in line with medical ethics. They are not shared without your consent, except where the law requires disclosure.
For corporate health check-ups, individual reports go only to the employee concerned. The employer receives an anonymised group summary only.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your medical records and ask for corrections to inaccurate information. Contact the clinic to do so.
