Patient Information

What to bring, when to arrive, and how to get the most out of your consultation.

Please carry

  • Previous medical records
  • All medicines you currently take
  • Recent investigation reports
  • Health insurance documents, if applicable

Bringing the actual medicine strips is more reliable than a list written from memory. Dosages matter, and brand names in India often differ from the molecule.

Arriving

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment time. The clinic is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs.

Consultation hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Closed on Sunday.

If you are coming for a health check-up

Some tests need 8 to 12 hours of fasting. Water is fine. Tell us which check-up you are booking and we will confirm whether you need to fast before you travel.

Getting the most from your visit

  • Write down your main concern before you come — the one thing you most want addressed
  • Note when the problem started and what makes it better or worse
  • Mention every medicine you take, including ayurvedic, homeopathic and over-the-counter ones
  • Say if you have stopped a prescribed medicine, and why. This is useful information, not a confession
  • Ask questions until the answer is clear. A consultation you did not understand has not done its job

Confidentiality

What you discuss in consultation stays confidential. For corporate health check-ups, individual reports go to the employee, and the employer receives only an anonymised summary.

When not to wait for an appointment

Go to the nearest emergency department, do not wait for clinic hours, if you have chest pain or pressure, sudden weakness or numbness on one side, difficulty speaking, breathlessness at rest, uncontrolled bleeding, a seizure, or sudden severe abdominal pain.
